Kelly sitek, practice director
Kelly oversees day-to-day operations and staff across AIANE’s multiple office locations, providing direct leadership to both clinical and administrative teams. Since joining AIANE, Kelly has quickly grown into an integral member of the practice leadership team, taking on expanded operational responsibilities and helping strengthen communication, consistency, and collaboration throughout the organization.
Known for her approachable and supportive leadership style, Kelly works closely with employees across departments while ensuring that staffing, patient flow, scheduling, and clinical support services operate efficiently. Her ability to connect with people, solve problems, and support both staff and providers helps foster a positive workplace and a consistently high standard of patient care.
Ed Authier, Technology & DaTA Director
Ed leads AIANE’s technology and data operations, combining technical expertise with deep understanding of healthcare operations and finance. Working extensively within AIANE’s IMS platform, Ed develops and codes customized workflows, reporting tools, and data solutions that improve efficiency and provide leadership with meaningful, actionable information.
He also oversees IT infrastructure, revenue cycle systems, payer contracting, data integrity, and financial reporting. His ability to transform complex operational and financial data into practical tools and clear insights supports informed decision-making, billing accuracy, and continued growth of the practice.
Tiffany Bayuk, Executive director
Tiffany works side by side with her husband, AIANE Founder and President Dr. Jonathan Bayuk, as part of a husband-and-wife leadership team committed to excellent operations and high-quality medical care.
As Executive Director, Tiffany oversees the business and operational functions of the practice, including human resources, staffing, policy and compliance, recruitment, provider onboarding, communications and strategic growth. She works closely with AIANE’s clinical and administrative teams to ensure providers and staff have the support and resources needed to deliver exceptional, patient centered care.
Together, Tiffany and Dr. Bayuk share a commitment to preserving the personal, compassionate approach of an independent medical practice while continuing to strengthen a grow AIANE throughout Western Massachusetts.
